Shipping information

• Free shipping on all orders above $49 applies to orders shipping within the contiguous USA. 
• Shipping charges applied to orders below $49 can be seen at checkout.
• Free local delivery in Charlotte, NC area. If you're eligible for local delivery it will show up as an option upon checkout. 
• Shipping charges on orders to non-contiguous USA can be calculated at checkout. 
• Our products are currently only available in the USA.  
• Orders received online will be shipped within 24 hours. 
• Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Any order received after 3pm (EST) on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. 

 Returns/Refunds & Exchanges

We hope that you love every Maya Bay product, but we understand that everyone has different taste preferences. 

Due to the nature of our products and for health & safety reasons we cannot process returns and exchanges on products ordered. However should your order arrive damaged or defective please email hello@drinkmayabay.com with your name, order number and reason for request and we will arrange a replacement order.
